We ship only UPS Ground due to Pepper Spray Laws.
We ship in 5 to 7 business days.
We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
We cannot ship to New York, Massachusetts, Michigan, Hawaii, Alaska or outside the contiguous United States.

Return Policy

We have a 90 day, money-back guarantee on our Home Safety Products. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied, please email us to return it or exchange. For returns, we will refund your money (no refunds for shipping the safety products back to us), no questions asked. For exchanges, we will charge for shipping items back to you plus any difference in cost. Please email us or use our contact form to request a refund or exchange. Please keep all packaging, accessories, and instructions that come with the product. We will give an in store credit only if you cannot return the item with all packaging, etc. We will need the order number and the name of the item you are returning. We will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and give you instructions for returning the home safety products.
